6 Bizarre/Amazing Batman TV & Movie Moments

Batman is, hands down, one of the coolest and most popular comic book heroes. Needless to say, the Dark Knight has had a “vibrant” history on video dating back all the way to the 1940s. We’ve collected five moments that are either amazing milestones in Batman’s video history, or strange explorations into the character that always give us a good laugh.

6. Shark Repellant Bat-Spray

Whether you love or hate Adam West’s portrayal of Batman during the campy 1960’s Batman television series, you cannot deny the importance of this era to Batman as a whole. If one were to ask us to summarize this era in one thirty second clip, we would send them this link…

5. Batman’s First Revived Movie Appearance

Many of us can remember seeing Batman for the first time during Tim Burton’s cult classic “Batman.” This was the Dark Knight’s revival on the silver screen, and it ushered in a new age of Batman movies. We’ll always remember the first time we all saw Batman during the opening scene of the film.

4. Batman Sings…

No words can describe this amazing “Justice League: Unlimited” moment. Just watch it.

3. The Entirety of “Batman: The Animated Series”

We know this one is kind of cheating, but anyone who has seen the original series will agree with us. This was BY FAR the BEST REPRESENTATION of Batman EVER CREATED. Christopher Nolan’s films help bring Batman into a realistic modern world, but Batman: The Animated Series gave fans young and old something truly one of a kind. We’ve attached the intro for your convince. ENGAGE NOSTALGIA

2. The Rooftop Scene

Any fan of the Batman comics will know how important the rooftop scene was in “Batman: The Long Halloween” (a great Batman read if you haven’t already). Christopher Nolan did an amazing job of taking these classic Batman moments and incorporating them into his films. The rooftop scene is our favorite.

1. The Smartest Batman Thug

If you ever needed one video to summarize how much criminals fear Batman, this is it.
