Ask The Office: Fictional World Edition

Here at TeeTurtle, we’re all about expressing yourself while you #GetComfortable in our awesome tees. But have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes? Where we come up with our crazy ideas? How we run the TeeTurtle ship? OF COURSE YOU HAVE -- right? Well, we thought it’d be fun to do a bi-weekly feature where we “Ask The Office” different questions to show you all a little glimpse on what shenanigans take place at TeeTurtle HQ.

This week’s question: What fictional world would you like to visit and why?

Toontown...as portrayed in Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Anything could happen and probably would. Any predicament I might find myself in could be solved with simple cartoon physics. Everyone, EVERYONE, wants to know what it's like to live as a cartoon at least once in their life.

-Keo

I would live in Ooo. Everything there is so absurd, it would be 100% fun 100% of the time. I mean sometimes it does rain knives, but it's cool, I can get an umbrella. BMO and I would chill and do sick kick-flips all day.

-Max

I'd want to visit the Star Wars universe. The galaxy is vast enough that you would always be able to find a planet that fits your taste and could never run out of places to explore. Plus, who doesn't want to learn how to fly an X-Wing?

-Mallory

Whedonverse future space a la Firefly. Generally the same as any run-of-the-mill pirate adventure fantasy you had as a kid, but with spaceships. And guns. And Morena Baccarin.

-Kelly

Ankh-Morpork in Discworld. I’d love to meet Commander Vimes, Moist Von Lipvwig, Archchancellor Ridcully, and so on. But more than that, I’d love to bask in the grand entrepreneurial spirit of Ankh-Morpork. I’d like to bite into one of Dibbler’s sausages, though only once and with considerable care. And perhaps I could take advantage of Vetinari’s free trade rules and make a few dollars, myself. Who knows. But I’d sure like to try. Of course, I doubt I’d enjoy bribing the thieves’ guild. Whatever. I’d get over it.

-Garrett

The universe of Kingdom Hearts. Maybe this answer is cheating, because it is technically multiple worlds, but playing through Kingdom Hearts universe allowed me to relive my childhood one stop at a time.  The cross between Disney and Square was brilliant. Plus, I've always been a fan of fun costumes and weird weapons so everything about it was pretty much the best.

-Ramy

Pawnee, Indiana. I want to meet Leslie Knope, eat at JJ's diner and, of course, visit the Lil' Sebastian memorial.

-Shea

I'd love to visit the all-candy garden from the old Willy Wonka movie. I seriously have regular dreams about being there, taking a swim in the chocolate river and chowing down on EVERYTHING.

-Chloe

Neverland because flying around fighting pirates (and skating with Rufio).

-James

The Lego universe, as portrayed in The Lego Movie. I remember watching the movie and thinking to myself "I want to go to there." Place looks insanely fun. I mean, why wouldn't I want to visit a place that I could easily deconstruct, create and then possibly even deconstruct again?
