Contact Us - Our turtles are here to help!

  •  No problem at all! As long as the items are unworn/unwashed, we’ll take care of it! A link to download our Exchange and Return form is located on our FAQ page. Fill it out and package it up with your return and send it our way. For orders in the U.S. please contact us for a return shipping label and let us know how many items you need to return.
  •  No worries! Orders normally ship within 3 business days of being placed, and you’ll receive a shipping email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Keep in mind, if you ordered during a super busy time (like a megasale!), it can take up to 2 weeks to get orders shipping out. If you haven’t received your shipping email, let us know and we’ll be happy to help you out!
  •  Fulfilled simply means that our warehouse has received the order, not that it has shipped. When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  •  Orders that include new designs normally ship out in 1-2 weeks.
  •  If you were sent a different item or received the wrong size than what appears in your original order please fill out the contact form below. Include your order number and a brief summary of what was sent to you and we'll work to rectify any errors as soon as possible.
  • Unfortunately, no. Sale prices are only valid during the designated time. Any orders made outside of the allotted sale hours won’t be adjusted.
  •  We can’t accept coupon codes during our sales, but our sales are so great you won’t even miss the coupon! ;)
  •  If there’s a sale going on, unfortunately coupons can’t be used. If there’s no sale and your coupon still isn’t working, let us know and we’ll look into it!
  •   Sorry, we’re unable to combine orders that are already placed.
  • We can’t add items to an order that has already been processed. It would cause a delay in getting your order out to you and we REALLY want you to get your order ASAP!
  •  All Last Chance and Back for a Limited Time designs are final sale, since we only have limited numbers of the designs in stock.
  •  You’re probably exceeding the 10 pound shipping limit built into our system. Splitting your order in two should work like a charm. If not, just let us know and we’ll sort it out for you!
  •  We reprint shirts every week, but with so many designs we can’t always promise that we’ll bring back your favorite. Additionally, some of our shirts are limited edition, so they may never come back 
  • Oh no! Just fill out the form below and we’ll respond ASAP. We’ll do our best to fix your order before it ships, but we’re processing orders so fast, we can’t promise we’ll get there in time.
  • No problem! Just fill out the form below using your previous email address and we’ll make the change for you! If you want to change your password, tell us your email address and we’ll send you a link to reset it.
