D. Job Openings. We use a third-party service provider, Recruitee, to collect information on the Careers Page.

If You are interested in pursuing career opportunities, You can review and apply for job openings listed in an online job board. The personal information that You submit to Recruitee while online may be accessed and downloaded by TeeTurtle’s Human Resources team and hiring managers located in the U.S., and used for evaluating Your qualifications for the job for which You have applied and other jobs that may suit Your experience and qualifications.

Please note that the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) entitles California consumers to instruct a business that sells personal information about the consumer to third parties not to sell the consumer’s personal information. We do not believe that We “sell” Your information within the meaning of “sale” under the CCPA. However, We recognize that the meaning of “sale” under the CCPA is still unclear. As clarifying regulatory guidance becomes available, We will update our policies accordingly. We do not have actual knowledge that We sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

Before We can fulfill the consumer requests noted above, We must verify Your identity.

Verification Process

If You have a password-protected account with us, We can verify Your identity through our existing authentication procedures for Your account. However, We will require You to re-authenticate Yourself before We can disclose or delete any of Your information.

If You do not have a password-protected account with us, We will require You to provide us with Your name, telephone number, physical address, and email address, together with a signed declaration under penalty of perjury that You are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request. We will match this information to the personal information We maintain.

NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE - We offer a financial incentive for enrolling in our marketing lists. In exchange for your enrollment in our marketing lists, we may offer you free or discounted products. Your contact information is valuable for us to be able to reach you about upcoming product launches and sales and, as a current or potential customer, we determine that the value of your contact information is a free product or percentage discount.
